Each pearl is one of a kind, with its own unique shape and surface. Irregularities in form are natural and should not be considered defects.

925 Sterling Silver / 18K Gold Plating:
Tarnishing or oxidation of 925 sterling silver and 18K gold over time is a normal and natural process that can affect the appearance of the jewelry. This occurs with all metal jewelry, including what is commonly referred to as “pure” gold or silver.

The good news is that removing tarnish from 925 silver and 18K gold-plated pieces is simple and easy. (See our FAQ: “How should I care for my jewelry?”)

Metal Integrity:
We guarantee the structural integrity of your jewelry, covering any manufacturing defects in the metal components.

Clasps and Stone Settings:
If there is an issue with a clasp or a stone setting, we will repair or replace it within the warranty period.

Please note, however, that the warranty does not cover lost or damaged items, scratches from normal wear, improper use or storage, or any modifications made by third parties not authorized by Aurame.

1) 925 Sterling Silver:

A thin layer of 18K gold, containing approximately 75% pure gold. The remaining 25% usually includes other metals to improve color and hardness.
